Our Villas

Residenza "Il Palazzetto" is composed by two independent villas, Villa "Il Nido" and "Cottage House". This two villas, separated from each other and from the nearby manor house, the owner's residence, are surrounded by a large independent green space with a panoramic view of the Apennines and the surrounding hills.

Villa "Il Nido"

On request, for both the villas, it is possible to rent also a dependance composed by a little apartment with double bedroom, bathroom, living room and fully-equipped kitchen.
